LoveCrafts Adolygiadau

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback and for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate it, as we're always looking for ways to improve and provide the best possible experience for our customers. We're very sorry that the pattern you purchased contained an error. As my colleague discussed with you, we did our best to investigate and find a solution. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't something that could be resolved with a simple correction, so the pattern has been removed from sale while it is under review by our design team. At this stage, we don't have a confirmed timeline for an updated version, and we also can't guarantee that the pattern will be revised and released again. As you rightly pointed out, producing an updated version would require a full technical review, including re-knitting the sample, recalculating all sizes, and technical editing. This is a significant piece of work that needs to be carefully prioritised alongside our designers' other projects, so we're unable to provide an estimated timeframe. As a gesture of goodwill, we've already issued a full refund for your pattern purchase, and there is no further action we're able to take at this time. However, we have kept your details on file, and if there is any confirmed update regarding the pattern in the future, we'll be sure to let you know. Regarding the yarn, some yarns can naturally shed a small amount of fibre during knitting, although the amount varies depending on the fibre and the way the yarn is constructed. We understand this can be disappointing if it was more than you expected. If you still have unused yarn, we'd be happy to help you find another pattern that's a better match for it, so you can still enjoy making something beautiful with your yarn. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We truly appreciate your support and hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Best wishes, Natalya and the LoveCrafts Team
