We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Anita, Thank you very much for your feedback. We really do appreciate it! As a family-run, independent business, we are reliant on a third-party courier service, who we use to make a proportion of our deliveries. Unlike most businesses that use couriers, the fact that our deliveries are frozen or refrigerated and include ice packs, means that we are extremely restricted in which couriers we can use, and which are happy to transfer our goods for us. This makes it difficult for us to automate our updates, and currently means we have to rely on our courier to do so, much to our frustration. Our courier is supposed to provide customer updates with time slots, however it has been brought to our attention by some of our customers, that this is not always happening. We are now working with them to see how their service can be improved, and how we can be more accurate. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope that you will begin to see changes in the near future, once we have been able to resolve it with the courier. Thank you Victoria

Thank you Victoria. I was suggesting that there could be an automated email generated by your system when the order status changes to 'despatched', which would include the tracking number. It would then be relatively straightforward for the customer to track the consignment themselves.
