Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you had difficulty uploading images when purchasing a product. I have since looked into the issue & can see exactly what you mean. I have now changed the product listing so 2 images can be uploaded, thank you for bringing that to our attention.
I am very sorry to hear that your wand was not good quality. This is not the standard of product we wish to provide & would like to rectify this for you.

In regards to delivery times, personalised gifts do take a while as they are hand made to order, personalised to your requirements & painted on some occasions. All delivery times are stated at checkout but please do let us know if anything did arrive later than the specified times.
