Lovely Park but......

It is a lovely park, but there are too many caravans on the site, and one of the staff was rude. Great location to Padstow.

Hi Jennifer, thank you so much for taking the time to feedback to us, We are very sorry to learn that you felt the holiday homes/exclusive lodges were too close,.....We consciously made a huge effort with the planning of our park to make sure the holiday homes were placed so that no-one is overlooked and has their own privacy, We are sorry to hear you encountered a rude member of staff as this is unheard of within our team, please could you call 0333 200 2550 where we can discuss this further? Many thanks

Nice place, shame about the management

The beach is lovely and I swam with a seal which was amazing! The facilities were okay with a well stocked shop. The staff were awful - not all of them, but the manager was terribly rude and...
