Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello Paul, thank you for taking the time to feedback to us, we are saddened to learn that not everything thing was up to expectation on this occasion, we are delighted to hear that your lodge was as expected, you may of experienced too many dogs at our on-site pop-up restaurant as this is also open to the public so unfortunately this is out of our hands, Craftworks do monitor this and only well behaved dogs are permitted. Unfortunately we can all experience internet and power cut problems occasionally and hopefully this problem was dealt with straight away when reported to reception, we do hope that you will be able to stay with us again in the future
