Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your Transfer did not go to plan. We have reviewed your booking and on your booking confirmation it clearly stated that your transfer provider will contact you 48 hours prior to your return flight date with the pick up time. At time of booking on our website we do ask for a 'preferred' pick up time but this is 'not' a guaranteed time, thus possibly you have got confused with this ? To date we have not received any communication from yourself regarding this booking. Therefore please can I ask you to please E-mail into - customer.relations@looking4.com so our Customer service team can assist you with investigating this further?
