Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you were unable to contact our customer services team. Unfortunately, due to the collapse of Thomas Cook we have been receiving extraorinarily high numbers of calls and emails. Although we have been answering everyone as soon as possible, this has meant that there have been extraordinarily long wait times.
