First time I've used Peter Ashley and not impressed. On exiting the airport, (my wife and I ), I phoned the company and was told they would dispatch a vehicle straight away, so we made our way to the collection point. There were other passengers there waiting for various company pickups. A mini bus duly arrived but there were six people who had arrived there before us and as the capacity was six, we said we would wait for the mini bus to return. 45 minutes later and no sign of anyone, so phoned again. No apology, just told they would send a vehicle. Finally, after well over an hour, they arrived ! Back at reception - nothing, my keys just handed to me without a single word. An explanation, an apology, would have been fine, we all make mistakes. Perhaps mine, was going to Peter Ashley.
