How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent guidance

Only used the service online but everything was clear. As a non confident user of my laptop, this seemed to be very clear. I would recomment to others. Thank you

Great seats!

We bought tickets on the day. The process was easy and our tickets came through quickly. Our seats at the theatre were great, with a reasonable price.
