How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Gabrielle said about London Box Office UK:

Booking tickets

Easy to book, but platform was not great. At the first visit I had the option to book a cancellation insurance, but the 2nd time the option was not available anymore.

Need to be flexible to get best deals

Easy to use - do need to hunt for the headline offer price and be flexible. Eg looking at matinee performance but cheaper for that evenings performance
