How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Overcharged

Found that I could have bought the same tickets for £20 cheaper on another sight and also that other seats were available on other sites.

Tickets

I got a receipt for the tickets and then you are sending them to me 24 hours before. I wish I had them in my hand now as I will be travelling.

What ELLEN Burton said about London Box Office UK:

Book with London Box Office with ease and confidence

I am a senior and find this new technology frightening. I booked online for 3 shows. It was all so very easy to pick my seats and pay for them. Nothing to be frightened of at all.
