Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

apologies i did not see that this feedback related to something i had done last year! i cannot remember the process now August 2013! It would have been better to contact me within a week or few days after i had attended the show or made the booking.
