How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Nathan Troost said about London Box Office UK:

Too expensive, no benefit using this platform

Accidentally ordered through this platform. Tickets are expensive and brief communication. Would recommended to order through the original venue

I feel the seating on the floor needs to be tiered. I sat behind someone with a lot of hair and was constantly looking side to side so I could see the stage. I also felt sorry for the person behind...

Great London Box Office

We were able to efficiently book tickets for the show we attended. It also gave us a summary of the shows we were interested in attending.
