Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback Caroline. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Hi Belinda, I can see we funded your loan on the Saturday via Barclays Fast Pay which should get to you within an hour. The payment being received late is generally due to the receiving bank and in this case probably took even longer to receive the payment due to the Bank Holiday. I'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused but this would likely be an issue you would need to discuss with your bank provider. Please do not blame the banks the problem was the length of time your internet took and your underwriters. I applied for the loan on Wednesday and you paid out on Saturday. the problem was you, not the banks Pathetic !!!!
