No contact whatsoever after order was placed, item eventually turned up around a week later and was exactly as ordered and for a great price, a little order update would make it a 5 star transaction

excellent communication. advised me when parts were not in stock and gave me the option to have what was available sent straight away and have the delayed item sent at no extra cost when it arrived.
