How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. I have now had the opportunity to investigate the sequence of events and based on the information i have available to me, the situation does not appear to be quite as described. However, i am unable to divulge any personal or policy information on the public domain due to data protection regulation so i will contact you directly to explain using the email address we hold on file for you. Incidentally, the review invite you received was designed to capture your comments on the actual purchase of the new policy you had bought, so can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase? If so, please let us know of any other issues or if you were happy with the service, please re-rate the review based on this. Otherwise, I will be in contact with you shortly to provide more detail around what happened upon expiry of your previous policy. Regards Leisure Guard team
