How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Brilliant to hear, thanks Nathan - We hope you enjoy this amazing car. A small note of caution though, I had the same exact car delivered on September 1st, and stolen on 20th October. They are apparently sought after on the Black market, so please make sure the security surrounding it is good!

What Vernon Milner said about Leasepoint:

Great experience but a bit more attention to detail on the paperwork

Very fast response and good communication levels with all staff involved. Only hiccup was that the 'NCO' wheels didn't get onto the order and vehicle arrived with incorrect wheels. The dealer is...

Thanks for the review Vernon, and it is a shame that there was a mix up on the alloys for your car - this is highly unusual. We did specify the alloys required with our dealer, but there was an error made. This was straight away resolved for you with our dealer ordering the correct alloys with no charge to you. Still, not an ideal experience for you I appreciate, so my apologies. Sometimes it is when things go a little wrong (very rare for us thankfully or else I would be even more Grey!) that you get to find out what sort of service is on offer, and I feel confident that with the dealer, we have provided a five star response to this human error. Thank you for your order, we really appreciate it - and if we can assist with anything during your lease, please let us know. Regards, Roger

Roger - Agree, it has been handled extremely well by the dealer. Unfortunately, we're human! Won't stop me using Leasepoint again as you know I have done many times before.
