Leasepoint Adolygiadau

Thank you for the positive feedback, and we are pleased you are happy with your car, and our service.

Thanks for the feedback, and we value any opportunities to find improvements with our admin process. On review, there was a need for your paperwork to be completed twice, however this was owing to the changes with road fund licence on April 1st which caused a change to the price of the car and necessiated new documents to be completed, as the first set were completed before the release of new road tax rates by the DVLA. Also, carpet mats were supplied and were in the boot of the car.

We are glad you would recommend us, and we hope to be of assistance to you again. Just let us know if we can assist at any point during the lease, and thanks again for using Leasepoint.

Thanks Lionel, much appreciated!
