It's good to know your ride from the airport to the hotel went well, but we are very sad to hear that your return trip was a nightmare. First of all, we apologize for the driver's tardiness. When your plane departures soon and you may be late is truly unpleasant and scary. Secondly, it's very sad that the language barrier had happened in the first place.
We're disappointed to hear that the dispatcher behaved inappropriately. This was not very professional on them and we will make sure they will realize their mistake.
