Kitchen Knives Adolygiadau

Thank you for your feedback, we have been left in a situation where we have not received the goods from microplane and so cannot fulfil the orders in the times we had hoped for. Certainly though we would offer a refund if you cannot wait any longer for the item, I appreciate it is very disappointing, we are also disappointed, we never want to take orders we cannot deliver, it just leads to a upsetting customer experience. If you would like to email me directly I would be happy to look into refunding the order for you vickie@kitchenknives.co.uk
