Shipping took a long time. I forgot to use my rewards on my second purchase and I won't be making a third so oh well!

With regards to the shipping taking too long - I can see that you placed the order Saturday June 6th and the order was picked and packed on Monday June 8th when we reopened after the weekend. It was collected that night and was delivered to you from the UK to US on Saturday June 11th, 5 days later as we outline online.
