I was ordering some stocking fillers for my son. One item was out of stock (lead weight).They took the time to ring to see if a replacement was suitable.
They were very helpful concerning the packaging and delivery. The quality of the item (a Wychwood fishing seat) was good and arrived in good time in sturdy packaging.
