Disappointing
We ordered a full size tile of Opus Mica and Opus Terra after repeatedly failing to receive small free samples. The Mica arrived but we are still waiting for the Terra sample tile after three months....

Product fine, delay with getting the product ordered frustrating
The sample we received was fine and helpful but there was such long delay with ordering the tiles, we gave up.

Don't use loose lay in areas that get hot like a conservatory.

Bigger samples please
The free samples are too small and give no real indication of how the floor willook. We purchased the large samples, and even then we wanted more than 3 , so opened a second account.
