Your comment with regard to the lift is very timely as we have recently instructed a second lift to be installed that will be completed in a few months time. This will make access to the 1st & 2nd floors far easier for customers when the store is busy. With regard to the sharp edge that you refer to on the door jamb, this was immediately logged by the Centre Manager and will be repaired when we next have access to the storage room. As this sharp edge is on the inside of the room we can only deal with this when you vacate the room.
