We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not particularly cool pillow and hard to get pillow cases

Pillow is difficult to get pillow case for and Kally didn’t have any available. If you’re selling pillows at least offer cases.
