We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi there, I am so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your first copy of Science + Nature. I can see this was reordered on the 29.11.21 and that your address has been validated. As you have mentioned, postal delays are affecting delivery overseas. I have placed an order direct with the warehouse to try and speed up delivery, hopefully in time for Christmas! Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your Science and Nature subscription. Unfortunately we cannot alter the amount or frequency of renewal letters, however I would be happy to stop these altogether if you would prefer? With regards to the magazine arriving without an envelope, I can switch you over to a plain envelope delivery for any future copies which should ensure the copies do not arrive damaged. I can also send a replacement copy or extend your subscription to compensate for the damaged copy. Please let me know which one you would prefer.
