We fully understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been for all parties involved. Our review has established that neither the buyer's solicitor nor the seller's solicitor was selected from our panel of recommended conveyancing partners. While we recognise the delays that occurred, the progression of the legal process was managed independently by the instructed solicitors.
