Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Our original lab reports show that this is shell pearl, and these have also been inspected by our gemologists who also confirm this to be the case. In addition to this we have sent them for further lab tests which we are still awaiting results from.
