Jaguar service pounced into action when I needed it
This was an unexpected extra when I bought my Jaguar XF, and one I’d hope not to use. When the time came Jaguar couldn’t do enough to help and that was very much appreciated.

Not the service level that you would expect
Issue with how they dealt with car seat replacement, what they advised at beginning and how they changed it as time progressed. Left me to do most of the donkey work.

The reason being, we needed confirmation from you that the excess had been paid, now that we have that evidence it has now been processed.
