Dear Sir, It was a shame we were unable to discuss your review earlier this week. We are always keen to make improvements if possible when our customers have not been happy with our service. Having looked at your cases, I can see that you initially made an enquiry regarding PPI, however we also looked into a mortgage endowment complaint and were successful in winning you 100% of the compensation on a joint policy with your ex wife. I note that you paid our invoice in a timely manner and after paying this, you were still left with more than the 50% of the compensation that the firm were obliged to pay you.
