Never received policy documents or insurance certificate, so now I have to spend more time chasing down something that should have been sent to me automatically. AWFUL!

It was easy on line . I’m a senior and two days after I gave my money , the same policy was offered to me on the Seniors Card for $20 less . That turns a good experience bad to be honest .
