Thank you for your review. The name of the company, relates to insuring your trip and having an escapade (a break, a trip), doesn't relate to the cover we offer under our policies. We are a bit unsure why you mention this is a pointless travel insurance, as usually what customers want is to have medical cover if medical emergencies arise while travelling. Unfortunately, we cannot exclude pre-existing medical conditions from cover nor cover persons under medical investigation, and if that is the case, we are not suitable providers, and as you are within the 14 days cooling-off period, if you found that the policy is not suitable to your needs you can cancel the policy and receive a full refund of your premium, either by cancelling the policy online via your Customer Zone, or by contacting our Support Team at 0203 137 0379.
