Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Sorry that you haven't received the email containing your policy documents. You should have received it within 3 working days. Your email address appears to be correct as you have provided feedback via Feefo, so we have sent the email again to that email address. We have also issued these documents via the post for you and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
