Thanks for your feedback. We aim to send 3 automated emails prior to the expiration of the policy. If these have not come through in a timely manner, this is something that we will look into. You have really avoided my question and simply advised me of your policy as regards renewal reminders. I agree that should be adequate but I still do not see that if a customer is a shade tardy in renewing , he should be regarded as a new risk.
