Hard to give any feedback as I haven't had to use the insurance, I've just bought it.

Not needed to use it yet but easy to get

Purchase/confirmation/renewal process has been very smooth (used for 3 years now). Unable to express an opinion on claims experience as haven't had to make a claim to date.

So far so good but any company is only as good as when you have a claim. We have not had to claim anything yet I only hope if we ever do have to have a claim you will be as good as your word.
