product looks good, but was partly damaged and had to help assemble

Furniture has some damage and i had to help the man assembling even though i paid for the 'award winning assembly' , not the service i paid for, have contacted Instrument for a follow up.

We have also offered you to replace parts free of charge of further refund as scuffs are small. Awaiting your reply. Apologies once again
