Everything went smooth from leaving home, having a great holiday then getting back. Only downside was that we didn't get the room we requested as per the past 8 years. All in all, a wonderful time !

poor hotel
when we arrived at destination there was no clear guide as to where or who was taking you to the hotel. we were sent to 4different pick up points

We are so sorry to hear that you had problems with your transfer, unfortunately that is supplied by a third party who we haven't experienced problems with before, however we will be raising this with them as it is unacceptable, please accept our apologies
