Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are pleased to learn that you found the service from our Reservations Team very good, and that the combination of battlefield and city visits across Belgium and Normandy gave you such a wide-ranging introduction to the region. We were sorry to read that one of your hotel meals was disappointing, and we note your observation that the independent restaurants were superior in both food and service. We also appreciate your candid comments on the pace of the itinerary. Your wish for more time walking the battlefields themselves, rather than visiting museums and monuments, is a considered one, as is your suggestion that a single day in Normandy and the absence of an American First World War site left you wanting more. We will bear these points in mind carefully when reviewing the balance of our programmes. We hope the journey will nonetheless remain a source of fond memories, and we would be delighted to welcome you on a future tour.
