Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review, and for your recommendation of the itinerary. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the route so much, and that your Travel Director made such a positive impression. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to him. We were sorry to learn that the standard of some of the accommodation fell short of your expectations. The absence of hot water on the upper floors of the hotel in Dijon, together with the high bathtubs without a grab bar, which made getting in and out difficult, is particularly concerning, as is your experience of the hotel in Albi. Comfortable and safe accommodation is an essential part of any journey, and we regret that this was not provided on this occasion. We have shared your comments in full with our Operations Department so that hotel selection may be reviewed. We would be grateful if you could contact us with your booking details so that we may look into these matters properly and respond to you in full.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that your ten days in Hawaii allowed you to learn so much about its history and to see far more than you could have managed independently, and that you would be happy to travel with us again. It is particularly pleasing to learn that the door-to-door luggage handling between hotels, including the inter-island flights, made moving between the islands so effortless, and that the itinerary and logistics were managed so professionally. We are also grateful for your kind comments about your Travel Director, and it is especially gratifying that you regarded him as such a fine representative of the company. We shall be happy to pass on your thanks to him. We are grateful for your confidence in us, and we look forward to welcoming you on your next Insight journey.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you were so satisfied overall, and that the itinerary allowed you to experience all the regions of Portugal and to leave with a great appreciation of its people, culture and history. It is particularly pleasing to learn that your Travel Director kept track of every detail and cared for the group so well, that your Coach Driver was so highly regarded, and that the Local Experts and transfer arrangements were so helpful and reliable. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them all. We were sorry to learn that one of the hotels did not meet the expectations of you and several fellow travellers. We have shared your comments with our Operations Department so that the accommodation may be reviewed. We are grateful for your interest in future tours, and we look forward to welcoming you on another Insight journey.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed review, and for travelling with us on your fifth tour. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the convenience of having your hotels arranged, that the coach was comfortable, and that you enjoyed the places visited and most of the Optional Excursions. It is particularly pleasing to learn that your Travel Director was so informative, pleasant and helpful whenever issues arose, and that your Coach Driver was so highly regarded. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them both. We are also pleased that your group coped so well with the walking and stairs. We were sorry to learn that you felt the itinerary was very busy and would have benefited from a rest day, and that the Local Guide at the caves rushed your visit. Your suggestion that time in the Slovenian capital and at Lake Bled might have been preferable to the caves is a constructive one, and we have shared your comments with our Product Development Department so that the pacing and content of the itinerary may be considered when it is next reviewed. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

It is particularly pleasing to learn that your Coach Driver was so helpful, that your Travel Director was informative and generous with suggestions for restaurants and things to do, and that the hotels were so pleasant and well located for exploring on foot. We are also pleased that the early starts on some Optional Excursions helped you to avoid the crowds. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them both. We hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.
