No glue to close envelopes.

The envelopes did not have glue strips - I had to use a glue stick to be able to close them, which was messy.

Hi I am very sorry that you are not happy with the envelopes you purchased. The envelopes you purchased are our cheapest 16" square envelopes and this is because they are ungummed. It clearly states this in the listing as you can see: https://www.imaginediy.co.uk/shop/invitations/envelopes/matt-white-envelope-16cm-copy/. If you were not happy with them then you could have returned them for a full refund or to exchange for a better quality product.
