Hi Lynda, Many thanks for your valuable feedback - we really appreciate it. Unfortunately delivering palletised items to your location does incur a hefty surcharge by the pallet companies which we have to pass on to customers where necessary. As stated in your review we did refund you asap so you could try and purchase a similar aquarium more local to yourself and avoid any costly surcharges. Many thanks for your custom. Mike Humphreys
