We had a warranty agreement with the previous freezer, but suffered two motor failures. Hotpoint gave us an uprated motor for the third one, whioch lasted years and years!
I have had a reliable washing machine and a dryer from Hotpoint for years.

I am sorry to hear that you find your appliance to be noisy. This combi has a 44 dBA noise. The excess noise may be because it is on uneven ground and needs levelling out.
If you find your appliance to be excessively noisy and it is on a level flooring or has been levelled out, please could you contact our service line on: 03448 224 224.
The service line will be best to advise you and if needed book an engineer visit. You appliance is covered by the 1 year labour and 10 year parts warranty.
