Loved this machine until it broke down! Been without now for 4 weeks due to the incompetence of the warranty People would not buy a hoover product again due to their negligence!

Has no fluff filter so if dryer been on have to put on a rinse cycle or end up with fluff all over next load of clothes

It is quiet and efficient. Not keen on the layout as there is no provision for taller items to be upright, like a bottle of wine.
