Many thanks for your excellent feedback. Most modern TVs do have “Game Mode” as you mention, but if you have an older one, or one that has a processing box game lag can be an issue. We agree the games save feature does take a while to work through. But we felt it was better to have this than not at all. It is a future development request for the manufacturer. Regarding 4-way and 8-way the system is fitted with a rotating piece of plastic which will change the joysticks from 8-way to 4-way. It is a bit fiddly to do, you just need to open the unit up and then unscrew the plastic piece and rotate it. We’ll make a video and put it on our YouTube and in the listing on our website for you to refer to should you need. If none of this helps and you are unhappy with the product please let us know and we’ll get it collected from you and issue you with a refund. Thanks again for your feedback.
