The extra charge for the stairs on this delivery service is for the extra time and insurance risk to carry a pool table upstairs. The sales executive who you spoke to is still in the stages of being trained and has been corrected on this matter (other delivery services we use do offer this option, but not for this table) Please get in touch if you need anything else and we'll be happy to help.  Thanks for leaving some feedback. I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with the assembly of the tables. Butterfly inform us that the table comes readily assembled and that all you should need to do is unfold the legs from underneath the table and fit the wheels. We weren’t aware of this issue until you left your review, so you may have been speaking to Butterfly who are the manufacturers and arrange the delivery direct.
