Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

Thanks for leaving some feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the product, but from what I can see on your order, you only ordered one bat. There is a different listing on our website that provides two bats and a set of three balls, but this is not the item you added to your basket and checked out with. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong item, you can return it and we can order the correct item for you. And that's the odd thing. I clicked to buy the duo set. At checkout I had the duo set in my basket. But when the item arrived it was just a single bat. Thankfully they only charged for the single bat. I would like to have returned the bat but the onus should be on HLD to provide a postage-paid returns envelope.
