I'm glad to hear you are happy with the product in the end and that you enjoyed your visit to our showroom. We have these tables on display in the showroom so you can try them out for yourself to make sure you are happy before you buy, but we have passed your feedback onto the manufacturer regarding design of the table. We're glad to hear you found a solution that you are happy with - lots of our customers fit foam in the pockets of their pool tables to deaden the noise, this is not something the manufacturer have done in the past as the extra cost involved would be passed on to the customer. You initially ordered a different model of table and requested to change your order, which we wouldn't usually do, but to honour our customer service policy we did this to ensure you get the best table for your needs. The estimated delivery on this type of pool table is 4-6 weeks, so when the order change is factored in, the table was within the estimated time frame. I'm sorry to hear about the problem with accessories. The nature of this table is that the two sides simply push together, joined by the net, making it easy to install and take apart.
