I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t notified of the delivery date and time and that the packaging arrived damaged. Our team has chased this up with the manufacturer, as the table comes directly from them, who said that as this table was being delivered to a business address, they didn’t call ahead as they would be delivering during working hours. We have now requested that they do book in deliveries for commercial locations as they do with all residential locations, in response to your feedback. It’s great to hear that my colleague spoke with you and that the table is now assembled and in good condition and we hope everyone enjoys using it.
