Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Poor caravan

The Windows inside were filthy, I cleaned them, the net curtains had stains on, the door had no walk in mat to dry feet so had to purchase one,the curtain at the door was dirty, the fire had a wooden...

Our holiday home was lovely we stayed in lily exec lodge. The only reason I did not give our stay 5 stars is because the restaurant was no open so we had to eat in cafe.

On arrival we were given 2 keys(one for each of the doors) and went to our Solent Lodge. One key didn't fit the lock. As we were holidaying with my son and his girlfriend we needed two keys in case...
