We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Could have been great with a little more effort from the entertainment team

Lovely site. Entertainment at beginning of the week was poor for the kids, however had never stayed on a complex before so had nothing to compare it to. A few nights in we heard several parents...

Thank you for your feedback, and we have taken your comments on board. Unfortunately the hot weather we have had this year, has led to the crows making holes in our greens to search for grubs. I am pleased to report that we have now managed to get this issue under control and our greens are on a recovery plan. During the recovery period we are offering players a reduced green fee.

Amazing, quiet, comfortable

The caravan was extremely comfortable. The location of the caravan was great and the scenery was amazing. I wouldn't want the quietness of this park to change
